1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which includes a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within CONSUN. International shipping is not available.
5. Delays & Issues
In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to high order volume, weather conditions, or courier delays. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at consunseller@gmail.com.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
